This was an amazing trip!! Preston, our tour guide, was funny and also very kind. We slept all the way up to the crater, so getting up so early wasn’t that bad. I thought that I was prepared with a hoodie, coat, hat, and gloves and I was still SO cold at the top of Haleakala! Preston gave me his coat and mittens. Warmed me right up! Breakfast was delicious and at a really nice restaurant. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Our driver "Preston" was outstanding! Courteous and very safe driver, very knowledgeable of local information. Great, included lunch. If you go in October wear a beanie,gloves, long pants, insulated windbreaker - bring a heavy blanket. Worth every penny. Fantastic day - thanks again Preston!!!

Amazing experience. Have come to Maui many times and never did the sunrise. That changed today. This is so much more than a sunrise tour. Island knowledge was shared, good food and a great tour of upcountry. Preston was our guide and he made the experience so much more than a sunrise view. We got lucky and had crystal clear skies. Amazing sunrise. Watch the weather and book accordingly for best results (sunrise will always happen, but seeing it may not). It is COLD up there, bring layers. Not kidding… layers. Gloves, beanie. The tour bus was great. Comfortable, reclining seats and power to keep your devices charged. 10 out of 10.
